Promotional card for Bologna Timeline
A card to promote Bologna Timeline since 1900, a web resource accessible from the Sala Borsa Library web site .
Bologna Timeline is a virtual trip through city history since 1900. It is possible to choose different search modes: by year, by subject, by free text and finally by crossing all the options to refine the results.
The output is a short, easy to check text with the essential data, which will satisfy a simple curiosity or doubt. For the ones who needs to research the subject there are bibliographic suggestion and link with web-sites of interest. Furthermore the text is accompained, where possible, by photos. The historical ones are part of the Cineteca photo archive while the contemporary ones are part of an archive built by Sala Borsa library and available from the website. The texts referring to specific places have a link with the SIT (Territorial Information Service) that makes them easily findable in the city map.
